How do I get started with this service?

What is the time frame of your inspection?
Inspection services are dependent on your customization. Each section of inspection is unique, and most sections will take up to an hour or more depending on the amount of testing and employees at your lab.
What if I need to change the customization of the service?
You can change the customization at any time before the scheduled inspection.
You know your lab’s needs. Adding and subtracting sections for inspection is under the client’s control.
Meet the Inspector
Jill Hughes Gandy, BS
Jill has worked in laboratory settings since 1995. Her experience on the clinical laboratory testing bench ranges from Oncology and Reference Lab Generalist to Histocompatibility and Advanced Molecular Technologist. She is a certified College of American Pathologist (CAP) Team Member Inspector since 2020, and she is currently a Quality Assurance Specialist for Silver Gene Labs in Frisco, Texas. Her attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements make her an asset for any laboratory preparing for inspection.
